Very happy with service. It was great to get clarity on the breed of the dog we have. It definitely makes life easier as we now know what to expect with the breed. Expected to receive results in 3 weeks after the sample reached the lab, however after the sample was delivered to the company and to the lab, it only took a week. Will be using again if needed in future.
